During Jordan's first year at Temple Podiatry, Jordan was able to play basketball for the school team. He had a lot of fun and met some great people. Every year, all of the Podiatry school's basketball teams have a tournament. This year it was in Cleveland. The school paid for all the expenses and Jordan was off for a fun weekend while Maria and I hung out at home. It was the first time he went out of town since Maria was born, so we Facetimed every day. He had a lot of fun but was a little bummed his team didn't place first. They got second place, which I thought was really great!
Maria and I survived a weekend without Jordan... barely. lol It was fine, but we definitely missed him. Maria passed the time doing some yoga and snuggling her face in mine.
Even though the next picture happened a bit earlier, I wanted to mention that Jordan also played church basketball. He also had a lot of fun there and I was actually able to watch those games.
I didn't realize he did that, how fun! Those two pictures of Maria are two of my favorite!
